1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Mobile_Lawyer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use of our services.
2. Scope of Legal Services
Mobile_Lawyer acts as an independent intermediary marketplace facilitating consultations between verified legal practitioners and clients in Nigeria. The platform itself does not provide legal counsel or opinions. All legal guidance is provided exclusively by the consulting attorneys who remain bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners in Nigeria.
3. Financial Escrow & Commissions
All bookings are subject to immediate payment verification. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. The platform retains a standard 15% commission fee, with the remaining balance deposited to the lawyer's payout wallet upon successful completion of the consultation session.
4. Security and Privacy
Consultation video sessions are encrypted and direct peer connections are routed via the Agora SDK. Communication logs, invoice documents, and case attachments are treated with absolute professional confidentiality in compliance with standard NDPR regulations.
