1. Information We Collect

We collect personal identity records during user onboard (names, emails, verified Nigerian phone numbers), along with legal credential documentation for consulting lawyers (national ID, Practicing License, Call-to-Bar certificate).

2. Usage of Uploaded Documents

Uploaded verification credentials are saved securely via Cloudinary and are accessed solely by platform compliance administrators for the purposes of checking bar listings and qualifications. They are never shared with outside parties or indexed by public search systems.

3. Video Call Security

Agora video channels utilize dynamically generated 1-hour session tokens. Audio and video tracks are routed directly between participants and are never recorded or stored on Mobile_Lawyer database servers.
